After years of building systems from the ground up training teams, managing growth, navigating challenges, and earning trust we saw a pattern: Most short-term rental businesses don’t need more tools. They need better foundations.

Hollie Jones is a luxury hospitality expert and the founder of 30A Beach Girls, a premier vacation rental and concierge brand known for delivering elevated, guest-centric experiences along Florida’s 30A coastline. With a refined eye for design, operations, and revenue optimization, Hollie specializes in transforming properties into high-performing, experience-driven assets.
At Next Haus, Hollie partners with homeowners and property managers to bridge the gap between beautifully designed homes and exceptional performance. She provides strategic guidance across furnishing and design, guest experience curation, operational efficiencies, and revenue enhancement—ensuring each property not only stands out in a competitive market, but consistently exceeds expectations. Her approach blends luxury hospitality standards with hands-on operational expertise, helping clients maximize both return and reputation.

When she’s not working with Next Haus or curating experiences at Villa Agape, Hollie enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and extended family, traveling, and embracing the joy of empty nesting with her husband of 30 years, Jesse.
Clint Sidel
Senior Consultant
Seasoned property management and business operations professional specializing in the short-term vacation rental and real estate sectors. With more than 30 years of experience across logistics, operations, and residential services, he brings a comprehensive, hands-on approach to driving performance, profitability, and sustainable growth. His background includes six years in short-term vacation rentals and five years in multifamily property management, including HUD-regulated operations and large-scale property repositioning projects. He has worked extensively with homeowners, investor groups, and commercial operators, delivering strategic oversight and operational excellence across diverse markets nationwide.
Clint specializes in financial evaluation, budgeting, forecasting, and sales strategy, with a strong focus on process improvement, reconciliation, and long-term planning. Known for building high-performing teams, he has a proven track record in recruitment, leadership development, and organizational structuring.
A skilled relationship builder, he has cultivated partnerships with community organizations, municipalities, and industry groups, consistently creating opportunities for collaboration and growth. His experience also extends to large-scale event production, including conference planning, site design, and operational execution.
His career spans multiple markets including Memphis, Nashville, Birmingham, New Orleans, Chicago, Indianapolis, Las Vegas, Jackson, Shreveport, Southern California and Florida, providing a broad understanding of regional dynamics and market trends.
He holds an Associate of Applied Science in Sales and Marketing, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, and is completing a Master of Business Administration focused on Organizational Psychology and Development.
Clint brings a genuine passion for the short-term vacation rental industry, backed by decades of real-world experience and a sharp operational perspective. He thrives on helping clients navigate challenges, unlock opportunities, and implement strategies that deliver results.
Grounded as a husband and father of three, Clint leads with accountability, balance, and a commitment to doing things the right way, building strong partnerships while helping clients maximize the potential of their business or investment.
Holly Sidle
Senior Vacation Rental Investment Advisor
As a child vacationing on the Emerald Coast, Holly Sidle developed a deep love and appreciation for the area’s beautiful beaches and unique coastal lifestyle. Those early experiences created a lifelong passion for the Emerald Coast and ultimately inspired her journey back home. Holly attended Birmingham-Southern College, where she cultivated her creative spirit and passion for connecting with people. After graduation, she moved to Florida and worked with Seaside Repertory Theatre on 30A before relocating to Los Angeles to pursue new opportunities.
After nearly eight years in California, Holly realized she truly wanted to build her future on the Emerald Coast. She returned to the area and began working in the hospitality and real estate industries with Travel + Leisure Co. and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. Her experience in vacation ownership and hospitality naturally led her into short-term rental investments.
Holly later joined Vacasa, where she further developed her expertise in helping clients purchase second homes and investment properties for the vacation rental market. Through this experience, she gained extensive knowledge of rental income potential, property performance, and the unique dynamics of the 30A vacation market.
After years of experience working with large vacation rental companies, Holly recognized that homeowners on 30A often benefit from a more personalized, hands-on approach. That passion for delivering exceptional service led her to partner with Bonheur Vacations, a boutique luxury vacation rental management company exclusively focused on the 30A market.
By combining her expertise in hospitality, vacation rental management, and real estate, Holly helps homeowners and investors maximize their property’s potential through customized strategies tailored to their goals. From revenue optimization and property positioning to guest experience and long-term investment planning, she provides clear, data-driven guidance on what works in today’s competitive vacation rental market.

Design & Vacation Rental Specialist
Caroline Koromantzos brings a fresh perspective to the Next Haus team, combining a lifelong passion for travel and interior design with a deep appreciation for creating meaningful, experience-driven spaces. Originally from the West Coast, Caroline has recently made her home along 30A, where she is inspired by the coastal lifestyle and the opportunity to help homeowners transform their properties into exceptional vacation retreats.
With a natural eye for design and a strong understanding of what today’s guests are drawn to, Caroline specializes in curating homes that are not only visually stunning, but also highly marketable. She works closely with homeowners to create “epic retreat” vacation homes—spaces that photograph beautifully, stand out in a competitive rental landscape, and ultimately drive increased bookings and return on investment.
Caroline’s approach blends creativity with intention. From layout and furnishings to styling and finishing touches, every detail is thoughtfully considered to elevate both the guest experience and the property’s performance.
Outside of her work with Next Haus, Caroline is a devoted mother of four who finds joy in a slower, more grounded lifestyle. She spends her time gardening, raising chickens, and homeschooling her children—bringing the same care, creativity, and nurturing spirit into both her home life and her work.
