Nexthaus Consulting was created by the founder of 30A Beach Girls, a hospitality-driven short-term rental company known for consistency, care, and elevated guest experiences. After years of building systems from the ground up training teams, managing growth, navigating challenges, and earning trust we saw a pattern: Most short-term rental businesses don’t need more tools. They need better foundations.
Nexthaus exists to help you build those foundations so your operation can grow with clarity, confidence, and heart. We are here to consult, guide, and help you create sustainable systems that work for you. We are not here to manage or to pair you to a company.

Hollie Jones is a luxury hospitality expert and the founder of 30A Beach Girls, a premier vacation rental and concierge brand known for delivering elevated, guest-centric experiences along Florida’s 30A coastline. With a refined eye for design, operations, and revenue optimization, Hollie specializes in transforming properties into high-performing, experience-driven assets.
At Next Haus, Hollie partners with homeowners and property managers to bridge the gap between beautifully designed homes and exceptional performance. She provides strategic guidance across furnishing and design, guest experience curation, operational efficiencies, and revenue enhancement—ensuring each property not only stands out in a competitive market, but consistently exceeds expectations. Her approach blends luxury hospitality standards with hands-on operational expertise, helping clients maximize both return and reputation.
Beyond the Work
When she’s not working with Next Haus or curating experiences at Villa Agape, Hollie enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and extended family, traveling, and embracing the joy of empty nesting with her husband of 30 years, Jesse.
Jodie Kurtz

Jodie’s move to the coast is a homecoming for her passions: hospitality, wellness, and curated experiences. She is an exceptionally detail-oriented professional who thrives on the “hands-on” work required to create unforgettable moments for others.
After falling in love with the area in 2022, Jodie will relocate to Inlet Beach in June with her husband, Jourdan, and their two daughters, Brooklyn (5) and Parker (2). When she isn’t obsessing over the finer details of customer experience, you’ll find her traveling, focusing on health and wellness, checking out all of the newest 30A restaurants, swimming or enjoying quality time with family.
Caroline Koromantzos
Design & Vacation Rental Specialist
Caroline Koromantzos brings a fresh perspective to the Next Haus team, combining a lifelong passion for travel and interior design with a deep appreciation for creating meaningful, experience-driven spaces. Originally from the West Coast, Caroline has recently made her home along 30A, where she is inspired by the coastal lifestyle and the opportunity to help homeowners transform their properties into exceptional vacation retreats.
With a natural eye for design and a strong understanding of what today’s guests are drawn to, Caroline specializes in curating homes that are not only visually stunning, but also highly marketable. She works closely with homeowners to create “epic retreat” vacation homes—spaces that photograph beautifully, stand out in a competitive rental landscape, and ultimately drive increased bookings and return on investment.
Caroline’s approach blends creativity with intention. From layout and furnishings to styling and finishing touches, every detail is thoughtfully considered to elevate both the guest experience and the property’s performance.
Outside of her work with Next Haus, Caroline is a devoted mother of four who finds joy in a slower, more grounded lifestyle. She spends her time gardening, raising chickens, and homeschooling her children—bringing the same care, creativity, and nurturing spirit into both her home life and her work.
